Product Guarantee
We think you'll love our ClueSheets products. If, however, you're not satisfied with them for any reason, we will be happy to offer your money back in the form of a check.

Customer Information
Publishing Power, Inc. keeps a customer database, but the data is not sold or revealed to anyone outside the company. Our customers may get an occasional mailing from us, however, to announce a new ClueSheets product.

Credit Card Numbers
We process our credit card transactions through Authorize.Net. If you buy from us online, your credit card number will be entered over a secure connection directly to an Authorize.Net server. The Authorize.Net server okay's the card in real time and returns control to our server to enable the download. Your credit card number doesn't appear on our server and we have no access to it. Even if you order offline, we rely on Authorize.Net's web service to handle the transaction. We receive the credit card number in our office in this case, so you could say that ordering online is actually more secure than ordering offline!]

Cookies
Our home page uses a temporary cookie to help us track visitors. We keep statistics such as: what operating system they use, what kind of video they have, what browser they use, etc. This is to help us design the web site and our products. We don't know anything about our visitors individually.

Licensing

There are three different types of licenses available for ClueSheets products:

Single User License
This license automatically comes with the purchase of any ClueSheets product. It entitles you to use the product in such a way as is convenient for your own personal use, but you may not make any form of copy of it or allow its use by friends, clients, customers, or co-workers.

Extended Use License
This license is for people or organizations who want to use ClueSheets as part of any commercial or for-sale endeavor. Extended Use Licenses are granted and generously discount-priced based on the estimated number of ClueSheets products that are used in the commercial work and the number of copies of commercial work that are distributed. "Copies" is defined as the number of commercial works (e.g., copies of books) you plan to distribute per printing (as with books) or per version (as with software). Extended use licenses are valid for the life of a single printing or version.

Site License
This allows a Single-User License holder to reproduce and share a ClueSheets product with a group or organization. A site license is generously discount-priced based on the number of estimated users, and allows the Single-User License holder to reproduce a 'master copy' of the ClueSheets and share the product within a work group.
